Partnering for Good: Douglas Volkswagen Supports GRACE in Summit, New Jersey

At Douglas Volkswagen, serving our community is our priority. We’ve proudly joined forces with GRACE, a steadfast nonprofit organization based in Summit, New Jersey, dedicated to supporting families in need. Through this partnership, $250 will be donated to GRACE when a GRACE Referral Customer, purchases a new or used vehicle at Douglas Volkswagen. We are empowering their mission to serve over 500 families each week by distributing nutrient rich food, basic household necessities, and stabilizing initiatives that enhance the health, wellbeing, and security.

Who is GRACE?

Founded by Amanda Parrish Block, GRACE has been Giving & Receiving Assistance for our Community’s Essentials since 2016. As a volunteer run 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization, GRACE meets community needs with community resources to enable the good health and success of vulnerable and under-served neighbors by distributing culturally relevant fresh food and supplies, including milk, bread, eggs and produce, toilet paper, diapers and wipes, period products and laundry detergent, every Thursday evening in Summit, while providing access and referrals to stabilizing support services.
