Douglas VW does a very good job of taking care of its customers and car repairs.

I was in and out , quickly dropped my car off and I was on my way with a loaner took two days to fix my car which I thought was quick. They did a great job. Everyone was friendly and professional.
We took our Jetta’18 to Douglas because of the flapping sound during driving which occurred after six weeks of stationing in the driveway. The technician told us that the breaks were rusting and deteriorating so we decided to change the two front breaks first and we’ll do the back breaks in a couple of months. They did a great job replacing the breaks and the flapping noise almost disappeared. We didn’t love the price but we know it’s reasonable for a certified VW repair facility and we trust Douglas enough to not take our Jetta’18 anywhere else. ... Read More Google - Sep 21, 2026

Been working w this dealership for 20+ years and every experience has been excellent! The sales people are honest, knowledgeable and never pushy….which makes Douglas VW stand apart in my opinion. My previous salesperson retired, so I worked w Aiden and Andrew. Both with excellent. Ultimately I closed the deal w Andrew and he made the process seamless, efficient and enjoyable. Even with my 7 yo daughter along he was kind to her and understanding of what my goals were. Thank you to Andrew and to the team at Douglass VW!
My car was at the dealership for two weeks due to them being unable to get a replacement part. Was unable to get a loaner car for 3 days. Car was returned to me unwashed/not cleaned.
Although the initial Sales experience with Vlad was great, I didn’t necessarily feel very valued or as though Douglas Volkswagen wanted to keep my business beyond my first vehicle from them, and the Service experience could stand to be improved to ensure accurate and consistent service and communications for customers. Overall, a mostly positive experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
This was not the best experience for me at Douglas, where I have been a customer for many years. My car needed a new fuel pump. I really needed a loaner, but there were none available. The process took longer than anticipated. I had also discussed with Brian a required oil change and was told it would be done along with checking everything out. The oil change was not done, and I'm assuming nothing else was checked out. I am disappointed.
I love Douglas Volkswagen - Summit! My experience from the initial sale through to the latest service department work I had scheduled. I love that Brian was assigned as “my guy”. He’s always responsive and very professional. I explained the loud sound I was hearing, making my drive far less than enjoyable. Brian understood the assignment. Most importantly, my issue was resolved and once again I love my car!
