I had the most amazing experience working with Irene at Douglas. Crazy that we had so much in common as well. She was utterly professional, informative and super friendly. She made sure I left with the vehicle I dreamed of (Infiniti QX60 Autograph edition). No pushy sales and most of the paperwork was done online so I didn’t have to spend hours there. I would recommend this dealership, but especially Irene. She is the most down to earth saleswoman I have ever met and I think I may have made a friend. Thanks Irene!!!

Brian is the best. But the way VW charge on your least service is ridiculous. You need fix that. You suck on that end.
