The professionals at Douglass Auto Body are friendly and helpful and my car came back looking like it was never in an accident. They are very busy so do have a long (a few weeks) wait time to begin the work, but the job well-done is worth the wait.

Nomaan and Lou were willing to work with me to get to the # I was looking for. As usual, we met halfway. This new car is the 6th VW we have purchased from VW Douglas over the last 22 years.

The service here is stellar! My car is not a VW. We used this body shop on recommendation of USAA Insurance - very stringent expectations to be one of their recommended shops. They more than met expectations. They gave detailed explanation of exactly what parts were needed, expected timeframe with caveat of possible delays due to supply chain issues. We were VERY happy with the sales representative, Nooman. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient. However, the sales manager was short, even a bit rude, and made it very clear - by sighing every 30 seconds - that he didn't appreciate staying at the office passed 8pm, as we had to wait for the vehicle and paperwork to be ready.
