I have been going to Douglas Vw for over 10 years now….Rick Scuzs is my service advisor and man is he great!!!!He always gets me a loaner car when I need 1 and Is so kind and pleasent…..He recently introduced me to his colleague Bobby McCall that works in sales….I needed a cheep but realiable car for my daughter who turns 17 next week….Bobby was great he showed me many cars on his lot and together we found a beautiful 2010 Jetta and my daughter couldn’t be happier! The entire staff was great from start to Finish…This is the tpye of service I have become accustomed to at Douglas and the reason I will continue to do my business there.

A number of years ago I got my VW Passat from Douglas. This year I was once again in the market for and upgrade and Douglas was hands down my choice to get it done there. There staff is great and the no preasure attitude and knowledge of the producted got me in a new set of wheels that i’m sure to love till my next upgrade. On May 1st, I leased a car for the first time from here and I was very happy with experience. Upon my arrival I was helped out by Duncan, who was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable not only about the product, but auto similar automobiles of other makes that he compared it too. He kept the negotiation process relaxed and non-combative at all times and was very genuine at all times; as opposed to some of the dealerships I had previously visited where the staff acted for the lack of a better word ‘stereotypical’. I am very pleased with my new car, and will certainly be returning there to give them the first shot when I go for my next automobile. If Duncan is still there by then, hopefully he can help me out again. I would, and already have, recommended friends and coworkers to come here the next time they are looking for a car.

Sales Consultant Vlad Voskoboynikov was recommended to me by my neice, Kristin who leased a Volkswagen a month ago. I took her advice and was extremely happy with him. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. There is nothing worse than going to a dealership and being pressured, especially when your a single woman. Vlad made my neice and I both very comfortable each time we met with him.

My girlfriend and I bought our brand new 2013 Jetta TDI on Monday, May 6th. The whole experience was flawless. Our sales associate, Isaac Bunton, was outstanding. He approved us for financing with great APR, and we drove away in no time. Matt from finance, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the CC in to get a flat fixed per previous agreement. To my surprise they replaced the tire, saying the puncture was too close to the edge of the tread. Although it was raining, there was not a wet spot inside the trunk when I got the car back. Plus, no marks in the cabin. Really great service, as always.

Went to Douglas Vw with a friend that told me about a
gti. Met a salesman Tito and he told me everything I would
need to know about gti. After a crazy test drive with the gti on
the highway, tito showed me how Douglas takes care of the
customer with sales and service and after showing my lease
payment I couldn’t help but make the deal… They had the car
ready for me the next day and with no games. Everything was

I am a local customer that was looking for a new Vw for
my son. I went online and a Vw dealer on the highway offered
me the best price… Well little did I know that when I got there
my best price didn’t exist because all of the fees that car dealers
like to forget about came into the price and then I no longer had
best price deal… So after feeling like I was being lied to I went
to Douglas because I heard alot of good things about them…
Well I met tito and right from the beginning he was very nice
and knowledgeable and should me why Douglas is one of the
best Vw dealers in nj… I showed him what the price I wanted to
pay for the car I wanted and after speaking with Chris the
finance guy we came to an agreement with the car and they had
no secret fees..They were upfront from the beginning and didn’t
make me feel like I was being lied too… Thanks tito and Chris.
