Very happy with everything that goes on here. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I bought a 2011 GTI in March 2011 through Jeremy and Tim and have gone through both 10k and 20k services with no hassles. Would definitely recommend.

My service writer Rick keeps excellent track of what needs to be done on my vehicle and recommends service appropriate to the car. This was one of the best experiences we had in purchasing a car. We specifically wanted a 5 speed manual in a 2012 Jetta. We were offered an extensive selection of colors and also options for type of engine. The salesman, Bobby McCall, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He really made us feel comfortable by not being overly aggressive. His focus was on satisfying our needs. After visiting the service area, we immediately agreed to what we felt was a fair price. We picked up our new Jetta the next day. The entire experience was flawless.

Went to a Vw dealer close to my home and unfortunately after being there for about 30 mins I knew that wasn’t going to buy my car there. So I went to Douglas Vw and met wit Tito. And what a difference. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and after 45 mins of driving the car and picking out color I went home with my new beetle. I’m almost at a loss for words when I try to describe buying my car at Douglas. You hear about bait-and-switch, pushy sales techniques and a highway atmosphere and then you go to Douglas. My salesman, Isaac, has sold me 2 VWs and both times it’s been more like visiting an old friend than buying a car. He treated me right, addressed my needs and got me a great deal to boot. Need I say more? Good car dealers do exist, Douglas is proof.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen from Douglas Motors. I’ve owned many VW’s in my life starting with a Transporter back in the seventies to the first Rabbit, to a Vanagon, a GTI, the new Rabbit/Golf and now my Jetta Swag.
