Our old car’s transmission self-destructed (fatal pothole damage), and it soon became clear that the repair would be more than the car was worth. So we went to Douglas to get a new one. I won’t say the experience was perfect, because if you have 36 hours to get a new car in March, the odds are way against you finding /exactly/ what you want. Still, we got something close to what we would have ideally wanted, quickly, and hassle-free, and Douglas got us to and from home as needed while it was going on. And the new car is doing great!
