My husband and I had been thinking of purchasing a Tiguan but had not yet test driven one. We made an appointment with Nick M. at Douglas Infiniti and he did an excellent presentation of the vehicle’s qualities as well as giving us the chance to do a very thorough and helpful test drive. Jeremy Gutierrez was the ideal salesman. He knew the answer to every question we had without having to look anything up, and we asked a lot of questions. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. They really do care about the customer. I have alot of volkswagen dealers closer to my house to get my service done, but I love going there. They do a complimentary quick little wipe down of the exterior after each service. They also do a quick check for no extra cost of the vital car systems, and provide you any recommendations of services needed to be done. I do not feel like they are trying to find things wrong with my car like most places. The waiting room has a nice comfortable feel with coffee and tea and light refreshment available. They also have wifi available for those waiting. Would go there time and time again, they are great.

The whole process of purchasing my Tiguan was nothing like the sterotype car purchase. Tito is the best. Right from the start, he was honest, informative, helpful and friendly. Coming to Douglas VW with my current credit situation I did not think it was in any way possible for me to walk out of there with a car.
