Hi! I want to write a review re: Rick Szucs at Douglas Auto Group in Summit. Rick has been an amazing service representative that i’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with for over 12 years! I’ve had a VW since 2000, and I have my vehicles serviced through Douglas Auto and Rick is my representative. Not only does he have an incredible sense of humor, he’s honest, kind, reliable and gets the job done. He understands that people work, and need to get their vehicles serviced in a timely manner, he does his best to serve and get the job done quickly but most of all effectively! …Rick is one of the main reasons I’m still a VW customer today.. I’d hate to leave him! Great job douglas motors on having Rick on your team!

I recently had my car serviced at this Douglas Volkswagen, and Dominic Romano really knows how to take care of people. He let me know what my problem was almost immediately and offered a tip on how to prevent it from happening in the future. I could not be more pleased with the care he took in assisting me and making sure that I was happy. There is heart in the service department in Douglas Volkswagen of Summit and his name is Dominic Romano!!!

I have been coming to Douglas Volkswagen for about ten years and the service has always been the same, excellent. This is the second vehicle that Rick Szucs has taken care of for me. I have never had to return to Douglas because a repair was not completed properly. When I walk in the door, I know Rick will make sure my repair is taken care of quickly and correctly. I went to Douglas Volkswagen in Summit looking to purchase a new car and I met Vlad. He was very professional, knowledgable & the over all experience of buying my new Tiguan was very enjoyable. I was not sure which car I wanted between the Jetta and the Tiguan. Vlad explained both cars to me in great detail gave me lots of options. This was my very first time walking into a car dealership, not knowing what to expect. I met with Dave who helped me find a car; I explained what I needed in terms of a car and a price range. He knew right off the bat what would be perfect for me. He didn’t try to wheel and deal like some sales people would do. To my surprise, I drove off the lot with a new car that night. Two weeks ago we went to your dealership to look at the 2013 Passat Volkswagens. Upon entering your sales person Bobby McCall approached us immediately with a great big smile and a willingness to help us find the right car. He was exceptional through the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping us to make the right choice for our needs. We especially appreciated his no pressure low key approach.
We went back the next day to purchase the car and he spent a very long time making sure that we understood all of the features of the car and how to use them. We (let’s say) are on the mature side and he had a lot of patience with us ensuring that the Bluetooth worked with our phones. Over the years we have bought many new cars and found ourselves accidentally stumbling on a feature or having to read the book to try to understand them. This service and young man were very much a deciding factory in purchasing the Passat. I would highly recommend your dealership to my friends and family and found that all of the staff there that evening were very friendly and helpful.
Some people might find it fun to buy a new car but I generally find it to be very stressful, however I must say that this was a much more pleasant experience then I have had in the past, and far better than I anticipated. My husband Bruce and I look forward to a long relationship with Douglas in the future.

The salesman we worked with (Robert McCall) made finding the right car for my daughter very easy.
