During the month of April I have been researching different cars and looking into different dealerships to figure out which car was best for. Thanks to Jimmy and Douglas that search is now complete. Jimmy was very welcoming and answered all my questions for my new Jetta. I was unfamiliar with VW, however Jimmy was so informative I feel like I know everything there is to know about these vehicles. In the late summer/early fall of October ’09 I desperately needed & wanted to find a 2010 Vw Golf 5 speed “no frills” in “dark gray”. I live in Budd Lake. I had been in touch with every VW dealer in North Jersey & then I got the call; on a Wednsday night. They, (Douglas Motors) got one in. I think it was the 1st one in the country that fall. I test drove it Thursday morning; put a down payment on it & “drove it away” on Saturday, October 10th, 2009. I’m very grateful for all their professional & excellent help; from the initial purchase, ($400.- off list – no one else even mentioned the possibility), to the purchase of a 100K bumper to bumper warranty on the car. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful, from my personal service rep, Domonic, all the parts guys, Rich, the finance/paperwork guy & even the General Manager; with whom I’m already working on my “upgrade” when I hit 100K. They offer competitive pricing, professional sales people and are true to their word. Prior to purchasing a car from Douglas, I visited dozens of dealerships, none can compare to Douglas. I do not live in NJ but the commute was worth it. Jeremy, the sales person is hard working, upfront and did everything possible to follow through to ensure my happiness. Two thumbs up for Douglas VW and Jeremy.

We bought a Jetta Sportwagon from Douglas, and the process was as painless as you could ever hope for. Our salesman, Jeremy Gutierrez, gave us lots of information and no pressure at all. The price they gave us was good, and what they gave us on our trade-in was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great car-buying experience.

A local favorite, or highly recommended Just Went shopping for a hard to find 2011 Tourareg and wasn’t sure what to expect. Was greeted promptly by our sales associate Jimmy Aleszczyk who enthusiastically offered to show us the vehicle and tell us about its features. He spent lots of time explaining the car, answering questions and providing an informative test drive.
