Nick M. was a great sales rep. He got me in a vehicle in less than 2 hours. He was helpful, and followed up with me throughout the buying process. Overall, I had a great experience at Douglas, and highly recommend them!

I had been to multiple VW dealers, even did business with one of them before. But Douglas is the one that I like the most. The service is good, no crappy talks, all the truth that you need to know. Jeremy helped me a lot to get the car, and he is really a nice guy. If you are looking for the VW car, this place should be your best choice. Only thing I am not 100% satisfied is that the place is kind of small. the show room can’t show all the models, but you can see them at the back anyway.
If you want VW, go to Douglas, if you go to Douglas, try to find Jeremy

I recently picked up my 2013 VW GTI. This is the 3rd GTI I have leased from Douglas VW. Nick Malanga was my sales person for the last 2. I was very specific about what color and options I wanted. Nick made it happen and delivered as promised. I hope to lease/purchase many more GTI’s over the years to come. Everyone at Douglas does a great job!!

I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The service that David provided me was impeccable. He went to great lengths to explain to me in full detail what type of vehicle I would be able to get into with my credit. He was not like the other dealerships that I went to, wherein they claimed they could get you in a vehicle, but it wasn’t the vehicle I wanted. Their commercials are a ploy just to get there and once you arrive they have very little vehicles on the lot…. bait and switch. Such was not the case at Douglas VW. Should I decide I want another vehicle in the near future…. I will be going back to Douglas VW.

We went to Douglass VW not sure what we were looking for. A year earlier, I had looked at the GTI, and the salesperson Vlad V.recognized and remembered me. That was great.
He was very low-key and was an expert in product knowledge. You can tell he really likes cars and driving and was pretty honest about the pros and cons of the different VW models and even competitors.
We ended up trading in two cars for a Tiguan lease and a CC purchase.
The negotiation was pain-free and we got top dollar for our trades and a very fair sale price. He even worked it out so we could get the VW “owner loyalty” bonus on one of the cars.
He was great with follow-up but not pushy. If you’re thinking about getting a VW, there’s really only one way to go. Call Vlad at Douglass in Summit.

I went to Douglas Vw about a week ago to take look at one of the last 2012 Vw golf tdi and was very pleased to know that a dealership with high integrity is right in my back yard in summit… After meeting with tito who seemed like he knew his product and test driving the car. We came to an agreement with the car and I went home with the car… Very straight forward and honest… Great experience and if I m looking for a Vw I will go to Tito at Douglas Vw….

I have been a Douglas Volkswagon customer since the 1980s. When our lease on the 2010 Jetta came due, there was only one place to go for a new lease, Douglas, and only one salesman to work with, Nick Malanga. This is the third or fourth lease I’ve gotten through Nick and Douglas and I got a great car at a great price from a great dealership and a great guy. Nick is thorough, explains everything in great detail and will work with you to get you the car and the deal you want.

Working with salesman Nick M. at Douglas Motors in Summit NJ was a pleasure. He obtained the exact model we wanted very quickly and at a good price. Nick was very efficient as well as knowledgeable about the newly introduced Jetta hybrid. And when we arrived to pick it up, he carefully went over the basic features in considerable detail for us. We have only had the car for a few days, so it is too soon to tell much about its performance, but so far we are as happy with the car as with the buying experience.
