Due to job circumstances it took another 5 months for me to drive one off the lot, but my sales rep (Jeremy Gutierrez) took care of me from day one. I cannot say enough about Jeremy, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive. I got a great deal with zero hassle and no games, and Jeremy even went out of his way to arrange for me to get into a 2011 model instead of a 2010 as originally planned. I truly could not have had a smoother, more pleasant experience. Two trips to the service department (one for scheduled maintenance, one for a pothole-damaged tire replacement) have also been great as well.

Quick and easy deal! Gave me a great price for my car. Sales Rep I dealt with was Chris Ng and he was very helpful in any question I needed to ask. With his help I was in and out of the dealership quick without any hassle. Did I mention he gave me a good deal? =)

Jimmy and Tim were both great. Felt no pressure throughout the entire purchasing process and it really felt like they tried their best to give me the best price available on a new 2011 GTI. I was having second thoughts about my 2001 VW Jetta, but Douglas helped me in appreciating the value of VW. I arrived to Douglas with my vehicle being towed, due to issues that VW Service Linden,NJ had added to my vehicle and never figured out. When I arrived on a Saturday morning, Steve Tsekouras Assistant Service Manager was booked but he fit me in by providing a loaner and getting my car into service for Monday. Steve followed up with me on Monday to advise the status and prices of my repairs. Contacted my warranty contractors and had my vehicle ready for me the next day. I’ve decided to drive the extra miles for the outstanding service. Once I’m ready to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely return to Douglas Summit, NJ.

I kept having the same problem with my 2006 Jetta that I purchased at Douglas. The issue wasn’t showing up in the car’s computer but Steve had me bring it back in and the problem was identified. They fixed it in record time, gave me a loaner to use in the meantime, and I was back in my beautifully cleaned car very quickly.

Quick and polite reception as well as A+ service. Called and got an appointment immediately – went in for my repairs and they were done in even less time than estimated. They even did an outside/inside car wash when they finished. The dealership and repair shop are very clean and waiting area well stocked with beverages and snacks.

Generally speaking taking one’s car in for service is not unlike going to the dentist. Dreadful but necessary. It is with no exaggeration that Dominic and the other guys, specifically Steve Tsekouras and Rick Szucs have managed to create an environment so positive so as to turn an otherwise tedious experience into one I can honestly say I almost look forward to! In the 5 years I’ve been taking my car to Dominic, there hasn’t been a single occasion that I could raise issue with. Dominic is always responsive, helpful, friendly and he even has my back on expenses. There have been occasions where I may have asked for a particular service and after running a diagnostic Dominic will call and ask if I still want that service piece because its not necessary or needed at this time. It is unheard of to find any car dealership that actually looks to save you money as opposed to taking you for all you’re worth. Sam loves Dom, Steve and Rick!
