I recently purchased a passat from Roger. I thought that it was impossible because of my credit, He assured me that Douglas had banks that could help me with the horrible credit situation that i was in. I had been to other dealers that told me i would need a co-signer or thousands of dollars down. When i met Roger he went right to work. He spent over an hour trying to help me find the car and a bank that could help me and he finally did. I am so happy and so lucky to have met and delt with such a nice man. My experience at Douglas VW was wonderful…My sales person Roger was a Godsend…He worked extremely hard to get the deal done…He went beyond anything I could say…He really cared and worked a miracle to get my daughter the Jetta she wanted…it was a touchy situation and he didn’t stop until it was accomplished…I appreciate all he did and she is very happy!!! Seriously, if you have any reservations at all about the whole car buying process, go to Douglas VW. I tried to prepare myself as much as possible on the models, the pricing, dealer tactics, everything I could think of. No one I knew had had a positive car buying experience anywhere they could recommend. I chose Douglas even though there are three large VW dealerships closer to me. I’m so glad I did. My salesperson was Duncan and I can’t say enough about him. He listened to what I wanted. He was so professional but also down to earth. No pressure, no haggling. We came to a mutual agreement on the price that we both felt was fair. I was worried about the stress and the waiting around for hours and the ‘extras’ that would be added that we hear so much about. NONE of that happened here. I will always buy from these guys because they’ve earned my respect and my trust. Thank you to Matt Planck as well for being so terrific and straight forward with the financing. By the way, I love my 2012 Passat SE!
