My wife, Adrienne, is very happy with her new Jetta Sportwagon that we just picked up from Douglas Volkswagon in Summit, NJ. The dealership got us what she wanted, made me happy with the deal and our trade (although we’ll miss the Magnum!), and treated us very well. Special thanks to Sales Consultants Issac Bunton for his honesty and patience, and Chris Ng, who handled the financial closing in a very straightforward and efficient manner. Adrienne also appreciated Internet Manager Dan Beckelman bringing her in with a good offer after we were a bit put off by somewhat of a runaround from another dealer closer to home. I was very favorably impressed by the Dealer and all whom we worked with to get the new “Black Panther”, as Adrienne calls it. Unfortunately, we now get to try out the Service Department sooner than expected, as Adrienne got rear-ended while stopped in traffic on Route 24 on the way home, literally 15 minutes after we got the car. It’s mostly just a bumper scratch with no one hurt, but you still hate when it happens. I should have known when they said the payments were due on the 13th of the month. Oh well, kudos to Douglas VW and best luck going forward to Adrienne and her new Sportswagon.

I went there to service my 2006 Passat and walked away with a 2013 CC. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I test drove the CC a few months ago at a different dealership and ended up not liking the car, when I brought my car in for service at Douglas VW ,Bobby had a CC pulled up waiting for me, he explained every detail on the car and made me fall in love! Bobby and Rich both were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I am a Douglas Volkswagen customer for life! Thank you once again for everything!

I have leased 2 vehicles from Douglas VW in the past few years. I will buy my third soon. The dealership is smaller in physical size but offers excellent customer service both in the sales department as well as the service department. Tito in the sales department was very helpful and knowledgable without being overly aggressive. Steve T. in the service department has helped me on a few occasions quickly and competently. If you are in the market for a VW or used vehicle, I would definitely visit here first.I have two VW dealers closer to my house, but I continue to go here and will in the future because of the excellent staff and the outstanding service they provide on a consistent basis. From the initial sale to the maintenance of your new vehicle, you are treated fairly at Douglas VW.

Dominic in the service department was a huge help. His communication was top notch and explained everything that was being fixed on my car and the cost. He even had a few fees waived due to having to keep my car there for an extra day. The service at Douglas VW is awesome and would recommend it to anyone.

The service agents at Douglas Motors are amazing, considerate and service oriented. My car died while I was driving it. The engine lights lit up one right after the other, I was about 10 minutes away from Douglas Motors so I headed directly there, the engine died right across the street from the dealership! I ran across the street to the service department, It was after hours but Dominick, one of the service agents was still there, he sent someone to boost my car and bring it into the lot then had someone drive me home. My regular service agent Steve Tsekouras, called me first thing in the morning, he told me what was wrong (alternator), provided a loaner so I can get to work as well as a picked up from home, and got me back on the road that same day in time to make a scheduled flight! I can’t thank this team enough. This is my second Volkswagen from Douglas Motors and I would highly recommend them. My car is serviced at the dealership and I wouldnt think of taking it anywhere else, Steve really takes the time to explain things to me, and helps to manage all the inconveniences that often come with service appointments. I cant thank him enough.

I have bought 4 cars and service from Douglas Auto Group over a period of 35 years and two VW’s for the last 13 years. I have never been disappointed in the purchases or the service. In the last 10 years particularly, my service rep has been Rick Szucs, whose resume includes being both a professional mechanic and an auto salesman. My experience with Douglas in general and Rick in particular is so good that I trust them as to work and pricing completely. I have had a lot of other cars in the last 50 years of my life and worked with a lot of service people, dozens I would say, and these are the best I have known.
