Isaac Bunton is AWESOME! His “almost clairvoyant” customer service style blew me away. 4th car I’ve ever purchased, the only thing that I’m disappointed about is that I didn’t buy my first 3 from Douglas Volkswagon :)

WOW! Well worth the 120 day wait. Exceptionally impressive, sumptuous in structure and amenities.
From the moment of entering the dealership,being greeted in the lot, shown the exact model/trim vehicle I was interested in, shown the facility, answering all questions with extensive knowledge of product, deposit, interim inquiry calls, delivery of vehicle, final payment and financing, exceptional customer service was extended to me by Vlad Voskoboynikov.
It is rare these days to receive customer service that makes you feel your business is valued. Vlad is a courteous, friendly, earnest, sincere professional gentleman and a valuable asset to the VW franchise. What a refreshing surprise not to be subjected to high presure salesman tactics (i.e. not letting the customer leave without a commitment to purchase at all cost). Vlad was not pushy, aarrogant nor impatient. Non-the-less the decision to commit the same day was smooth and seamless with no buyer’s regret.
Thank you VW and Vlad who goes above and beyond to provide quality customer service. I look forward to a long term relationship and will highly recommend to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this dealership. I had been shopping around for a new car for a long time and had been to every dealer up and down the highway and really dreaded going through the sales process with any of them. My experience at Douglas was completely different. The people who work there are very low-key, helpful, and friendly. My salesperson, Jeremy, made the whole process of buying a car very enjoyable. He gave me a good price right away, so there was no bargaining (which I hate), made sure I understood everything I needed to know about the car, and even followed up to see how I was enjoying my new car.

I had done a lot of research online and was leaning toward buying a VW, but I thought I might use an online site for that too and save some money. I decided it would depend on the sales experience at the dealer. If the salesperson treated me with respect, I’d buy from the dealer. If he or she said “what would it take to get you to buy a car today,” the way they do at dealerships on Route 22, I’d have no qualms test driving the car and then buying online. I was so happy with the treatment I received from Jeremy, my sales rep, that I bought the car the same day I test drove it. Their price was very fair too. They are extremely low key and pleasant at Douglas and make the entire experience very positive.

My mother and I have been scammed and taken advantage of by many many other dealerships but Roger from VW in Summit, NJ was more than helpful. He got us a great price and we don’t have the best credit in the world but he got us a great price with what little we had to work with. Most car salesman are scumbags but Roger put a huge smile on my mom’s face and got us a great car at a great and affordable price. 5 stars
