A number of years ago I got my VW Passat from Douglas. This year I was once again in the market for and upgrade and Douglas was hands down my choice to get it done there. There staff is great and the no preasure attitude and knowledge of the producted got me in a new set of wheels that i’m sure to love till my next upgrade. On May 1st, I leased a car for the first time from here and I was very happy with experience. Upon my arrival I was helped out by Duncan, who was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable not only about the product, but auto similar automobiles of other makes that he compared it too. He kept the negotiation process relaxed and non-combative at all times and was very genuine at all times; as opposed to some of the dealerships I had previously visited where the staff acted for the lack of a better word ‘stereotypical’. I am very pleased with my new car, and will certainly be returning there to give them the first shot when I go for my next automobile. If Duncan is still there by then, hopefully he can help me out again. I would, and already have, recommended friends and coworkers to come here the next time they are looking for a car.

My girlfriend and I bought our brand new 2013 Jetta TDI on Monday, May 6th. The whole experience was flawless. Our sales associate, Isaac Bunton, was outstanding. He approved us for financing with great APR, and we drove away in no time. Matt from finance, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t know the car purchase process could be so quick and easy! Great experience with Douglas VW. Way to go, guys!

My wife, Adrienne, is very happy with her new Jetta Sportwagon that we just picked up from Douglas Volkswagon in Summit, NJ. The dealership got us what she wanted, made me happy with the deal and our trade (although we’ll miss the Magnum!), and treated us very well. Special thanks to Sales Consultants Issac Bunton for his honesty and patience, and Chris Ng, who handled the financial closing in a very straightforward and efficient manner. Adrienne also appreciated Internet Manager Dan Beckelman bringing her in with a good offer after we were a bit put off by somewhat of a runaround from another dealer closer to home. I was very favorably impressed by the Dealer and all whom we worked with to get the new “Black Panther”, as Adrienne calls it. Unfortunately, we now get to try out the Service Department sooner than expected, as Adrienne got rear-ended while stopped in traffic on Route 24 on the way home, literally 15 minutes after we got the car. It’s mostly just a bumper scratch with no one hurt, but you still hate when it happens. I should have known when they said the payments were due on the 13th of the month. Oh well, kudos to Douglas VW and best luck going forward to Adrienne and her new Sportswagon.
