Purchased a 2009 VW Routan SE from Chris Ng. From the beginning, Chris was friendly, detailed and answered every question in great detail. On Tuesday Jan 24, 2012, I met Irene P. a sales woman in the Special Finance department.. My credit is a little shaking and I was scare that I would not be able to get approved for a used car there. I was going to go a BUY Here Pay Here.. However, Irene worked with me for about two weeks to help me get into a 2004 VW Passat Wagon. She was extremely professional, polite, and most importantly understanding. She was very empathetic when I told her I was a single mom with a baby on the… I really needed to get into a vehicle that would help repair my credit and afford a reliable means of transportation……Irene was able to get all that done plus more! :) I highly recommended the Douglas VW Dealership in Summit NJ!!!
