I just purchased my Mazda 3 from Douglas motors and I LOVE MY NEW CAR. The service was amazing. My sales person was Steve and I cant even begin to explain how understanding and patient he was with me. I knew I wanted something comfortable for a family of 4 yet reasonably priced. Steve made me feel like it was possible….AND IT WAS. I was surprised to see how warm and welcoming a car dealership can be. Ive went to several places and nothing came close to Douglas Motors. They never left me wondering what was going on or waiting for answers. They were up front about their cars, they were up front about what would be more suitable for me and they didnt pressure me into anything I didnt like. I can honestly say that Steve wanted me to be in the RIGHT car, not just any car. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.
