Steve made a miracle happen! Because of him I got the car of my dreams, a 2011 Dogde Charger. I had a great experience at Douglas and would definitely recommend it, without a doubt. Steve was great with everything and he got things done smoothly. If you do go to Douglas, talk to Steve, he’s the man.

I never ever write reviews but I felt I had to. When I told Steve that I had no way of getting to the dealership he actually went out of his way to pick me up. My credit is horrible and he did everything and I drove home with a Jetta <3

Seriously, if you have any reservations at all about the whole car buying process, go to Douglas VW. I tried to prepare myself as much as possible because I had such poor experiences elsewhere, everything I could think of. I had no idea that buying a car could be so easy until I talk with Steve. I chose Douglas mainly because of the agreessive but pleasant sales pitch from Steve about financing ability. I m so glad I did. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted. He was so professional but also down to earth. No pressure, no haggling. I was worried about the stress and the waiting around for hours and not get a car. Steve was such a great salesman he was clear.
NONE of that happened here. I will always return for future purchases they have earned my respect and my trust.
Thank you to Steve and Matt for being terrific and straight forward with the financing. I love my 2009 Chevy Impala!

I would like to say that my experience with Douglas VW was fantastic. I worked with Stephen Campayne who was phonomenial, I had been promised that I could get into a car by several other dealers and Stephen worked to get this done for me. He was very through in the process. Overrall I am an now the owner of a 2009 Chevy Impala and I could not have done it if it was for the work of the Special financing Dept.. Thanks so much

Stephen Campayne called me a few days ago and told me he came help me with a car loan. he said to stop wasting time at another dealership because they were playing games with me. I toke a chance and he was right on the money . I got a 2010 Toyota Camry in about an hour of me being there. Stephen was the best salesman I every had.

Steve was so awesome as a sales person. He help me get my first car and it was what I wanted a Jetta. It was Lunch time on Saturday I was getting hungry so Steve went out of his way and got lunch for me. He didn’t have to do that but that was so nice of him. Thanks for the cool car and lunch Steve
