I recently purchased a passat from Roger. I thought that it was impossible because of my credit, He assured me that Douglas had banks that could help me with the horrible credit situation that i was in. I had been to other dealers that told me i would need a co-signer or thousands of dollars down. When i met Roger he went right to work. He spent over an hour trying to help me find the car and a bank that could help me and he finally did. I am so happy and so lucky to have met and delt with such a nice man. Douglass VW is clearly a step above the other car dealerships out there. Had the pleasure of dealing with Roger from start to finish. We had been searching for a car loan at a decent interest rate with not so perfect credit history. Three other dealerships could not come close to the deal Douglass was able to offer.
