I went in thinking I was just going to look and maybe not get a car. I had Dave who helped me and by time I was ready to leave I was walking out the door with the keys to my first car in my hands!! It felt as if it was a dream and I couldn’t believe the deal that he was able to give me and also my mom to allow me to be able to get my car! I am so excited that I went to Douglas VW in Summit,NJ . I was having a problem with a prior Bank regarding my vechicle at the time I met with David T Suchocki on a Saturday afternoon to discuss my situation. David went out his way and made sure I got approved for a vechicle which I drove home that same day with my 2009 Tiguan. He is very detailed as far as explaining everything that was taken place at the time of the purchase. David went that extra mile to accommodate me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The service that David provided me was impeccable. He went to great lengths to explain to me in full detail what type of vehicle I would be able to get into with my credit. He was not like the other dealerships that I went to, wherein they claimed they could get you in a vehicle, but it wasn’t the vehicle I wanted. Their commercials are a ploy just to get there and once you arrive they have very little vehicles on the lot…. bait and switch. Such was not the case at Douglas VW. Should I decide I want another vehicle in the near future…. I will be going back to Douglas VW.

At the time my current vehicle broke down and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase another car with payments, also I wasn’t sure if I was going to get approved because of my credit. I finally made a decision to give it a try and I was approved that day and leaving with a vehicle of my choice without any problems. My sales representative was great and his name is Dave. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me that he was going to take good care of me. Any questions that I had he was able to answer them without a problem. He is definitely recommended by me. Trust me if you want a car and aren’t sure about anything go there and ask for Dave.

This was my very first time walking into a car dealership, not knowing what to expect. I met with Dave who helped me find a car; I explained what I needed in terms of a car and a price range. He knew right off the bat what would be perfect for me. He didn’t try to wheel and deal like some sales people would do. To my surprise, I drove off the lot with a new car that night. I flew all the way up from South Carolina to Douglas Motors to purchase a vehicle. A sales Rep by the name David is who assist me and made sure I got the best deal every. I came in to Douglas VW with low expectations of me getting a new car because of my not so great credit . I met David Suchock and he made me feel like I was VIP in the place!!!! He understood my situation and made me a deal that fit my budget. I ended up with the car of my dreams and the peace of mind of not having to worry about my money problems with the payments.
