Very happy with everything that goes on here. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I bought a 2011 GTI in March 2011 through Jeremy and Tim and have gone through both 10k and 20k services with no hassles. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was welcoming and able to answer questions I had. Tim and Jimmy are the best salesmen I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t force you into anything and they do their best to satisfy you. He spent well over an hour showing us all the bells and whistles the car has to offer. The whole process went extremely smoothly. My salesman Timothy was truly wonderful. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out the right option packages. When I asked about a particular color combination that they did not have in stock he tracked it down at another dealership for me. He was extremely knowledgable and his passion for VW was apparent through out the entire process and may have even rubbed off a bit on me :-). I would recommend Timothy and Douglas VW to anyone looking for a new car who wants an honest salesman who believes in what he sells. Matt also helped when it came time to sign all the paperwork, he was very nice and pleasant and answered all of my questions to make sure I understood everything involved. I left with the feeling that I was genuinely taken care of.
