The service is exceptional- Rick Szucs especially

I’ve been working with Rick Szucs since 2006 when i bought my first VW. Rick Szucs is fantastic. He is very professional and always strives to provide the best service to the customers. Keep it up Rick.

I have bought 4 cars and service from Douglas Auto Group over a period of 35 years and two VW’s for the last 13 years. I have never been disappointed in the purchases or the service. In the last 10 years particularly, my service rep has been Rick Szucs, whose resume includes being both a professional mechanic and an auto salesman. My experience with Douglas in general and Rick in particular is so good that I trust them as to work and pricing completely. I have had a lot of other cars in the last 50 years of my life and worked with a lot of service people, dozens I would say, and these are the best I have known.

Since buying my Jetta at Douglas VW I chose to have all of the service related issues handled by them, mostly because it was conveniently located for my travels. That was a good decision. Over the last 10+ years I felt like a customer and not just a number. The service person, Rick Szucs, is a big reason for this. What ever the issue, he’s able to explain it thoroughly in plain language. I like that. He’s gone out of his way to accommodate my requests for drop-off or pick-up time. He’s had the mechanic doing the work come out and help explain so I fully understand what’s being done. I really like the ’03 Jetta I drive and the level of service by Douglas and folks like Rick have kept the car running smoothly for 10+years. Highly Recommended.

What would I do without Rick Szucs is service! Best customer service and a vast knowledge of the product. Thank you for all your help, Past present and future!

I am always very pleased with my service at Douglas Motors. My service advisor, Rick, is extremely dedicated, helpful and knowledgeable. I always feel like he has my best interests in mind. (If Rick is not there, the other guys are always willing to step in). When I arrive to pick up the car, it is ready and has been washed. Rick makes I am aware of any coupons or specials that might be available and applies them whenever appropriate. He calls me right away if anything unexpected is found and goes over the details, costs, and options. Thanks to everyone at Douglas Motors and especially Rick.

I originally purchased my 2011 GTI from Douglas and I’ve been back there ever since for service. My service consultant, Rick Szucs has always gone the extra mile and taken time to go over any questions and make sure any work performed was top notch. I looked around before I decided to get my car and people like Rick is why this is the only place I’ll take my VW to now.

Rick Szucs has overseen the service on my 2004 vw bug since I moved to NJ in 2005 and I have been delighted. I like the way you work with the same person. Rick Szucs in excellent.
