The service agents at Douglas Motors are amazing, considerate and service oriented. My car died while I was driving it. The engine lights lit up one right after the other, I was about 10 minutes away from Douglas Motors so I headed directly there, the engine died right across the street from the dealership! I ran across the street to the service department, It was after hours but Dominick, one of the service agents was still there, he sent someone to boost my car and bring it into the lot then had someone drive me home. My regular service agent Steve Tsekouras, called me first thing in the morning, he told me what was wrong (alternator), provided a loaner so I can get to work as well as a picked up from home, and got me back on the road that same day in time to make a scheduled flight! I can’t thank this team enough. This is my second Volkswagen from Douglas Motors and I would highly recommend them. My car is serviced at the dealership and I wouldnt think of taking it anywhere else, Steve really takes the time to explain things to me, and helps to manage all the inconveniences that often come with service appointments. I cant thank him enough.

I recently had my car serviced at this Douglas Volkswagen, and Dominic Romano really knows how to take care of people. He let me know what my problem was almost immediately and offered a tip on how to prevent it from happening in the future. I could not be more pleased with the care he took in assisting me and making sure that I was happy. I had purchased my 2007 VW Jetta 2.5 back in September 2010, my salesman was Nick Malanga who was fantastic. Then I was introduced to my service manager who was Dominic Romano. I have been to the service department on a few different occasions with problems with my car, and Dominic has always answered and fixed my problems. I could not be happier with the sales, and especially the service department. Dominic has always got the job done right the first time, and always made me understand clearly what work my car needed, and recommended service. I would not go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle, Douglas VW is 1st in my book.

I have just bought my 5th VW from Douglas and my 3rd from Nick Malanga. Nick was great in the past and continues to excel in providing great service. He spends time explaining the cars and the differences that really help you in making an informed decision. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and very respectful of each other (you don’t find that often). I have also used the service department for the last 25 years and my service advisor for my last 3 cars has been Dominic Romano. Dominic is great and very good at explaining what needs to be done to your car in a way a non-car person can understand. Both the service and sales department are top rate. Thanks Nick and Dominic!!!!!!!

Generally speaking taking one’s car in for service is not unlike going to the dentist. Dreadful but necessary. It is with no exaggeration that Dominic and the other guys, specifically Steve Tsekouras and Rick Szucs have managed to create an environment so positive so as to turn an otherwise tedious experience into one I can honestly say I almost look forward to! In the 5 years I’ve been taking my car to Dominic, there hasn’t been a single occasion that I could raise issue with. Dominic is always responsive, helpful, friendly and he even has my back on expenses. There have been occasions where I may have asked for a particular service and after running a diagnostic Dominic will call and ask if I still want that service piece because its not necessary or needed at this time. It is unheard of to find any car dealership that actually looks to save you money as opposed to taking you for all you’re worth. Sam loves Dom, Steve and Rick!

Since our first encounter with the service department at Douglas in 2002 to service our ’98 Riviera; my wife and I have not had a bad experience. After passing the 1/4 million mile mark, the excellent performance of the service department made Douglas Motors an easy choice for the purchase of a replacement automobile.
