I have just bought my 5th VW from Douglas and my 3rd from Nick Malanga. Nick was great in the past and continues to excel in providing great service. He spends time explaining the cars and the differences that really help you in making an informed decision. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and very respectful of each other (you don’t find that often). I have also used the service department for the last 25 years and my service advisor for my last 3 cars has been Dominic Romano. Dominic is great and very good at explaining what needs to be done to your car in a way a non-car person can understand. Both the service and sales department are top rate. Thanks Nick and Dominic!!!!!!!

Generally speaking taking one’s car in for service is not unlike going to the dentist. Dreadful but necessary. It is with no exaggeration that Dominic and the other guys, specifically Steve Tsekouras and Rick Szucs have managed to create an environment so positive so as to turn an otherwise tedious experience into one I can honestly say I almost look forward to! In the 5 years I’ve been taking my car to Dominic, there hasn’t been a single occasion that I could raise issue with. Dominic is always responsive, helpful, friendly and he even has my back on expenses. There have been occasions where I may have asked for a particular service and after running a diagnostic Dominic will call and ask if I still want that service piece because its not necessary or needed at this time. It is unheard of to find any car dealership that actually looks to save you money as opposed to taking you for all you’re worth. Sam loves Dom, Steve and Rick!

Top Shelf all the way! Service Department is run efficiently, effectively and with rapport!! For those three components of service to occur simultaneously is a complete rarity these days! I would and DO recommend you only take your baby to Douglas. Assuming you love your VW!

Since our first encounter with the service department at Douglas in 2002 to service our ’98 Riviera; my wife and I have not had a bad experience. After passing the 1/4 million mile mark, the excellent performance of the service department made Douglas Motors an easy choice for the purchase of a replacement automobile. For the past seven years Dominic Romano has been helpful with spot on advice, his attention to detail, and with reasonable prices for the service rendered.

Always keeps his commitments, estimates given are accurate, explanations and suggestions in regards to what service should be performed are reasonable and spot on. Dominic, in the nine years we have been patronizing Douglas Motors has always been courteous and polite. It was the performance of Dominic and the service department that encouraged my wife and I to purchase our present car from the dealership.

DOMINICK is absolutely … “THE BEST”! He is always friendly, courteous and accommodating. He takes time to explain all work that has been done and gives me advice on what, if any, future servicing that I should plan for. I purchased my Passat at Douglas VW and I have always brought my car here for all my service needs. I would highly recommend DOUGLAS VW to all my friends.
