I went to Douglas Vw about a week ago to take look at one of the last 2012 Vw golf tdi and was very pleased to know that a dealership with high integrity is right in my back yard in summit… After meeting with tito who seemed like he knew his product and test driving the car. Was very interested in a Volkswagen Jetta and had went to a dealer close to my job and wanted to take it for a test drive… Well after being at the dealer for about 10 mins I realized that the salesman did not know much about the car… But was very forceful in wanting me to buy it from him… Well I told him I was just looking.. I have leased 2 vehicles from Douglas VW in the past few years. I will buy my third soon. The dealership is smaller in physical size but offers excellent customer service both in the sales department as well as the service department. Tito in the sales department was very helpful and knowledgable without being overly aggressive. Steve T. in the service department has helped me on a few occasions quickly and competently. If you are in the market for a VW or used vehicle, I would definitely visit here first.I have two VW dealers closer to my house, but I continue to go here and will in the future because of the excellent staff and the outstanding service they provide on a consistent basis. From the initial sale to the maintenance of your new vehicle, you are treated fairly at Douglas VW.

This is my second purchase from Douglas in the last 9 months. I bought a Golf and decided I need more room with 2 kids and hockey equipment so I leased a 2013 Passat. I dealt with Tito Delgado both times. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my day and he is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with. He is professional, friendly, informative and, better sit down for this, 100% HONEST!!! My wife hates going to car dealers and she even liked the experience. Dealing with Tito is like dealing with a friend that you can trust. He took time out of his day off to help close the deal, and with no pressure to boot! I can’t say enough good things about Tito and Douglas VW. Also, I drove Hondas for the last 25 years and the switch to a German car is a welcome change. The Passat drives like a luxury German car without the price. The car is substantial without the tinniness that you get with Japanese cars. If you are looking for a VW, all roads should lead to Tito and Douglas VW! Great job guys!

This is our second car from Tito of DouglasVW in 14 months. We’re on our 4th Passat (and the last two of which was from Tito). Douglas is 45 mins from our place. We can easily get to 4 or 5 other dealers much more closer to home but we were very fortunate to have met Tito during our first Douglas visit.
For our first car from Tito, it was a pressure-free transaction. No pushing, no stress, and no worries. Unfortunately, that car was involved in a bad accident and we needed another car right away. Without a doubt, another Passat was the way to go bec of its high safety features. For our second car, Tito stepped up even more. He’s very knowledgeable and very patient, as well. We even got a loaner for the couple of days while we waited for the car we ordered.
Kudos, too to Kevin who inspite of knowing Tito was our salesman, was gracious enough to spend a lot of time with us when Tito was unavailable.
