Went to a Vw dealer close to my home and unfortunately after being there for about 30 mins I knew that wasn’t going to buy my car there. So I went to Douglas Vw and met wit Tito. And what a difference. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and after 45 mins of driving the car and picking out color I went home with my new beetle. If your going to buy a Vw go buy it from tito at Douglas vw

I was working with a dealer here in Delaware and was about to purchase a car I really wasn’t in love with. I was wide awake at 4am knowing I was making a mistake. I started searching the internet and found Douglas. At 10am, when they opened, I called and spoke with Tito, my sales person. I told Tito, I was interested in the CC 2009 they had on the lot with 26K and that I needed to know their BOTTOM LINE on pricing NOW. I wasn’t driving 2 hours on New Year’s Eve to be disappointed and taken. Within 15mins, Tito called me back with Douglas’s bottom line. It was several THOUSAND dollars less than the car I almost purchased and didn’t love. Well, I was sure once I got there the terms would change. They didn’t!!! It was hands down the best experience I’ve had in purchasing any item!!! Even, a pair of socks. No bait and switch, just pure professional service. If you are going to purchase a car GO TO DOUGLAS!!

About two years ago my old 89′ Jetta that I’ve been driving since I was 17 sadly called it quits, and I knew I had to make the inevitable plunge of purchasing a new, reliable car. I shopped around a few dealerships, but was none to impressed by the offers or the service to commit to a new vehicle. Finally my quest was fulfilled when I came across Douglas VW, where the fantastic salesman Tito Delgado came through and provided me with both outstanding customer service and an undeniable deal on my new 2011 Passat (which by the way I must say that I am in absolute love with!) Tito was everything I could hope for in a salesman and helped make this decision free of stress for me. He was straightforward, helpful, compassionate, and an overall pleasure to work with. I’ve already referred 2 family/friends to him for their new purchases because quite frankly I’d much rather see a stand-up salesman like himself receive good business! Went to see if a lease was possible. Met Tito Delgado and boy, were we floored by his great personality and friendliness. Although I did do some research on my own, everything he told us was 100% true. There was never an ounce of overexaggeration or made us feel like we were being patronized. We had to wait for the car we ordered and he was constantly keeping us updated on all the information he himself was getting in regards to our new car. Finally got into a 2012 Passat, said goodbye to our ’99 Passat and am impressed as well as grateful to Tito and the staff of Douglas VW. Never pressured into anything and they were just excellent. Tito Delgado was very very accomodating in our needs and inquiries. He was patient and thorough. Never made us feel rushed or pressured.
We traded in our old car and got a lease for a ’12 Passat that wasn’t even available yet so we waited a couple of weeks. He kept us posted on the delivery update and was always very professional.
