Very happy with everything that goes on here. Staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. I bought a 2011 GTI in March 2011 through Jeremy and Tim and have gone through both 10k and 20k services with no hassles. Would definitely recommend.

I began searching for VW dealers in my area and all have had terrible experiences. When i first visited Douglas i was hooked. Everyone there is respectful and want to hear my needs. My sales person Jeremy Gutierrez was with me everystep of my purchase and respected my needs. The fact that i had done my research on pricing and trims was also looked at as a positive unlike other dealers that treat us badly for doing so. Jeremy worked hard to find the 2012 Tiguan S and when there where none in the east coast at the time, Jeremy convinced the finance department to take a loss and give me the Tiguan LE. My wife and i LOVE the car, we got the color we wanted, protection kit free, and the joy of knowing this was the best purchase we ever made. Thanks Jeremy and everyone at Douglas. Ive even convince my parents to lease the new 2013 CC and will personally take them to Douglas and no where else. 10/10 @ Douglas

I recently picked up my second VW in 2 years from Douglas — a 2012 Tiguan. The car is incredible and I highly recommend it. I considered a different dealer closer to my work for this latest purchase but it became clear very quickly that the treatment I was accustomed to at Douglas and especially from my salesperson Jeremy Gutierrez was not to be taken for granted. The “other” dealer tried a blatant “bait and switch” and wasted a lot of my time. Douglas stood by their offer all the way through. It amazes me that in this day and age that all dealers have not figured out that customers just want to be treated with honesty and integrity and get the best deal of course. Those are the qualities I found at Douglas and with my salesperson Jeremy.

I had done a lot of research online and was leaning toward buying a VW, but I thought I might use an online site for that too and save some money. I decided it would depend on the sales experience at the dealer. If the salesperson treated me with respect, I’d buy from the dealer. If he or she said “what would it take to get you to buy a car today,” the way they do at dealerships on Route 22, I’d have no qualms test driving the car and then buying online. I was so happy with the treatment I received from Jeremy, my sales rep, that I bought the car the same day I test drove it. Their price was very fair too. They are extremely low key and pleasant at Douglas and make the entire experience very positive.

I leased my new Passat a month ago and it was one of the nicest VW experiences I have had. Having come from a family of VW owners, I’ve seen horrible service of other dealerships for years. The salesperson, Jeremy, was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Having relocated from out West to NJ for work, I needed to get a car right away. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and I didn’t feel like going back and forth about fees and the monthly lease payment. A few nice touches included rubber floor mats compliments of Douglas VW, a protective weather coating, and a very clean car with the best tire shine I’ve ever seen!
