My girlfriend and I bought our brand new 2013 Jetta TDI on Monday, May 6th. The whole experience was flawless. Our sales associate, Isaac Bunton, was outstanding. He approved us for financing with great APR, and we drove away in no time. Matt from finance, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife, Adrienne, is very happy with her new Jetta Sportwagon that we just picked up from Douglas Volkswagon in Summit, NJ. The dealership got us what she wanted, made me happy with the deal and our trade (although we’ll miss the Magnum!), and treated us very well. Special thanks to Sales Consultants Issac Bunton for his honesty and patience, and Chris Ng, who handled the financial closing in a very straightforward and efficient manner. Adrienne also appreciated Internet Manager Dan Beckelman bringing her in with a good offer after we were a bit put off by somewhat of a runaround from another dealer closer to home. I was very favorably impressed by the Dealer and all whom we worked with to get the new “Black Panther”, as Adrienne calls it. Unfortunately, we now get to try out the Service Department sooner than expected, as Adrienne got rear-ended while stopped in traffic on Route 24 on the way home, literally 15 minutes after we got the car. It’s mostly just a bumper scratch with no one hurt, but you still hate when it happens. I should have known when they said the payments were due on the 13th of the month. Oh well, kudos to Douglas VW and best luck going forward to Adrienne and her new Sportswagon.

I was greeted promptly and serviced by Issac. Issac listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and definitely put me in the appropriate vehicle. After leaving the dealership the first time, Issac followed up with phone calls to inform me of the progress of getting my Passat. When I picked up the car, Issac again, was very thorough in walking me through the car and explaining every detail of how it operates. We set up my first maintenance appointment and I was on my way. I was recently in this dealership to buy a new car and i had a very pleasant experience with the sales man Isaac. Isaac dealt with us the whole time and showed us about five different cars/models guiding us in the right direction for which car suited our lifestyle the best. He was very patient and not pushing us to just buy any car, he took his time and provided us with answers for all of our questions. After all the cars he showed to us we ended up buying a brand new Jetta. We love the car and are so glad Isaac was so helpful with everything we needed and asked. To top it all off, we walked in the dealership expecting to pay way more then what we actually pay a month! My overall experience is a 10 out of 10. Thank you Douglas VW and Isaac!

Just completed the purchase of a used VW CC for my soon to be 17 year old. Isaac was a terrific help in guiding the purchase and made sure I was well taken care of. I definitely recommend Isaac and I recommend Douglas VW for such a pleasant and friendly buying experience. Ask about the overnight test drive option if you are purchasing a used car. Worked for me and really helped build my confidence in the car as I have never purchased a used car before.

I went in to see about trading in my 2007 Jetta for a 2012 Beetle after going to another dealership and not being happy with what I heard. My parents originally bought my Jetta from Isaac and had such great service then that I decided to go back and see what they had to offer. He was very helpful and willing to meet what I could do budget wise and also listened to everything that I wanted out of the car. I am 23 so this was the first car I was buying on my own and he understood that and informed me on everything I needed to know as well as keeping my budget in mind. The Beetle I eventually chose had to be brought in from another dealership and he kept me up to date on the progress of it’s arrival everyday. I got the car last Friday and could not be happier. As I type this he actually called me to see how my weekend with the car went and if I had any concerns. I will recommend Isaac from Douglas Volkswagen to anyone looking to buy a car.
