I can t say enough about Isaac and the professionalism he showed throughout our visit. I teetered back and forth about whether or not to purchase for weeks, and I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a move before I was truly ready. I love my Jetta TDI and am glad for Douglas VW and Isaac, they made buying a car totally painless.

I’m almost at a loss for words when I try to describe buying my car at Douglas. You hear about bait-and-switch, pushy sales techniques and a highway atmosphere and then you go to Douglas. My salesman, Isaac, has sold me 2 VWs and both times it’s been more like visiting an old friend than buying a car. He treated me right, addressed my needs and got me a great deal to boot. Need I say more? Good car dealers do exist, Douglas is proof.

Had a Jetta and wanted to try the CC. They quickly arranged a test drive in the CC and the new Jetta. They followed up with me a couple of weeks later when they had a special deal. We discussed options and they provided alternative quotes in a timely manner. My sales guy, Isaac, never pressured me, just made sure that I understood the various options available. They were flexible with the pricing. Great, attentive sales. Once I had made the purchase, the conditions, signing the documents was made easy by Chris. Isaac followed up one week later to check that I was happy with my purchase. A great sales experience and I highly recommend them.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with Douglas VW and Isaac. He was never pushy or arrogant, I told him I had been to another VW dealer prior to my visit and he still took me for a test drive and showed me the entire facility as he explained the difference between Douglas and everyone else. I did have a scratch on the hood of the car, but I was treated well from beginning to end and would highly recommend Douglas, thanks to Isaac.

This is our second new VW from Douglas. I honestly wasn’t even sure about getting a new car. The car I ended up trading in didn’t have a lot of miles on it and was running fine. I got a great deal from Isaac on a trade-in and the price of a new car and it all went so smoothly I know it was the right decision. I just bought a 2012 Passat SE 5 cylinder automatic from Douglass Volkswagen in Summit, NJ. The costumer service at the dealership was top-notch, largely because of my salesman, Isaac Bunton. He was professional, courteous, and fair. He kept in touch regularly while trying to locate a specific color for me, and even kept in contact with me when the dealership was closed for a few days due to the October snowstorm. One of the things that set this dealer apart from others is their desire to have you test-drive their cars to show off their product.

I recently purchased a new volkswagen from him and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had previously went to another dealer and was not satisfied with the service nor the deal they were offering me. As soon as I walked into to Douglas I was greeted by Isaac and immediately felt comfortable. He answered any and every question I had about the vehicle and pricing information. The process was very smooth and easy (which is rare while purchasing a new vehicle) I was very impressed with Isaac and Douglas itself. Seems like every dealer out there is the same: they take your name and number, call you incessantly and try to force you into a car for a ridiculous price. I met Isaac at Douglas, he showed me what I wanted to see, asked me ONCE if I was ready to buy. At the time I wasn’t, but he was persistent NOT PUSHY in letting me know that the dealership and himself wanted me to purchase from there and that they’d do whatever it took. I waited until he got a car that I wanted (a Certified Beetle) and I didn’t have to lift a finger; he called me and let me know it was there. When I got there, the car was ready to be driven off the lot and once we tested it and figured out the price that’s exactly what we did. Thank you again Isaac, and Douglas VW. You have a customer for life.
