These guys were great to work with. No pressure, honest answers and a sense they loved their cars and wanted to share that with me. Completely different experience than what I had at two other local vw dealers. Tito and Christopher were fantastic.

After owning over 10 VW’s in my lifetime, I took my dad their, he is (was) a dedicated Honda loyalist until he drove the new Passat. We were so lucky to have dealt with Chris NG, no pressure, no tactics, no b/s — he wanted him to be happy. We arranged for a test drive, the car was cleaned and ready to go. He even has identical cars, but one of less price, so that my dad could make a fair comparison. He allowed us to drive it, even offered a 24 hour test drive if we wanted it. Needless to say, we feel in love the with car, and although he took the lesser model, Chris was supportive and praised his decision to be budget conscious by not leasing extra items that he did not need as he was conscientious and scrupled in realizing what my father’s needs were. To me, this type of experience, I plan to share with anyone who will listen. Kudos to Dougles for employing professionals who actually care about their customers needs first, listen, and when we had a question, he called us back within minutes to make sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision.

Had a Jetta and wanted to try the CC. They quickly arranged a test drive in the CC and the new Jetta. They followed up with me a couple of weeks later when they had a special deal. We discussed options and they provided alternative quotes in a timely manner. My sales guy, Isaac, never pressured me, just made sure that I understood the various options available. They were flexible with the pricing. Great, attentive sales. Once I had made the purchase, the conditions, signing the documents was made easy by Chris. Isaac followed up one week later to check that I was happy with my purchase. A great sales experience and I highly recommend them.

Douglas VW Christopher Ng is great and made my new lease for a 2012 Jetta just fabulous. I came in on Dec 21 for a test drive in a manual trans Jetta, and i was so lucky to have the new 2012 jetta the next day. The car is fabulous~ it is my 3rd Jetta in 3 leasing seasons: a 2006 from B’ville VW, a 2009 from Douglas, and this new white 2012 Jetta SE Convenience Pkg from Douglas. Matt in Finance great and made my experience perfect. Please always consider that there are other forces at work sometimes, but the day i picked and the car I wanted was there, and we were lucky, but it is MORE THAN LUCK! As a recent college graduate and with the economy on a downslide,the job market has been tight which means so is my budget. Leasing a new car seemed far fetched. Then, I was referred to Douglas VW located in Summit, NJ where I was introduced to Christopher Ng; a notable sales representative. Chris took me step by step and matched every one of my wants to my needs. At the end of the day he had me driving off the parking lot in a 2012 Passat included with Navigation and Sunroof; directly in my price range.
