I have been going to Douglas Vw for over 10 years now….Rick Scuzs is my service advisor and man is he great!!!!He always gets me a loaner car when I need 1 and Is so kind and pleasent…..He recently introduced me to his colleague Bobby McCall that works in sales….I needed a cheep but realiable car for my daughter who turns 17 next week….Bobby was great he showed me many cars on his lot and together we found a beautiful 2010 Jetta and my daughter couldn’t be happier! The entire staff was great from start to Finish…This is the tpye of service I have become accustomed to at Douglas and the reason I will continue to do my business there.

I recently purchased my 2013 Bettle Convertible from Douglas Vw in Summit…..My salesperson Bobby Mccall was awesome….He was extremely knowledgeable about his product and was not pushy at all….Me and my dad visited a few dealerships before we decided that we wanted to buy the car from douglas….Bobby and the staff there made things easy and their low key approach is what sold me and my dad….If you are in the market for a Vw go see Bobby and the rest of the staff at Douglas Vw…

I went there to service my 2006 Passat and walked away with a 2013 CC. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I test drove the CC a few months ago at a different dealership and ended up not liking the car, when I brought my car in for service at Douglas VW ,Bobby had a CC pulled up waiting for me, he explained every detail on the car and made me fall in love! Bobby and Rich both were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I am a Douglas Volkswagen customer for life! Thank you once again for everything!

Two weeks ago we went to your dealership to look at the 2013 Passat Volkswagens. Upon entering your sales person Bobby McCall approached us immediately with a great big smile and a willingness to help us find the right car. He was exceptional through the entire process, answering all of our questions and helping us to make the right choice for our needs. We especially appreciated his no pressure low key approach.
We went back the next day to purchase the car and he spent a very long time making sure that we understood all of the features of the car and how to use them. We (let’s say) are on the mature side and he had a lot of patience with us ensuring that the Bluetooth worked with our phones. Over the years we have bought many new cars and found ourselves accidentally stumbling on a feature or having to read the book to try to understand them. This service and young man were very much a deciding factory in purchasing the Passat. I would highly recommend your dealership to my friends and family and found that all of the staff there that evening were very friendly and helpful.
Some people might find it fun to buy a new car but I generally find it to be very stressful, however I must say that this was a much more pleasant experience then I have had in the past, and far better than I anticipated. My husband Bruce and I look forward to a long relationship with Douglas in the future.

My wife and I were in the market for a safe and reliable car for our daughter. Searched many dealerships online and read many reviews. We came across Douglas Volkswagen in Summit Nj. Their reviews were fives all across the board. The reviews were right on point, from the moment we entered the dealership the experience was top notch. The salesman we worked with (Robert McCall) made finding the right car for my daughter very easy. He supplied us with all the information on the new Jetta and was able to address any questions we had without hesitation. This salesman was very polite and very helpful, and we would recommend all our friends and family to experience buying a car from this dealership because of that. Our daughter loves her new car and couldn’t be happier. It’s deals like this that make a company World Class & that’s exactly what you get when you go toDouglas Volkswagen in Summit Nj.

I recently purchased a 2013 Golf Vw from Bobby McCall and Douglas. Needless to say they made the process simple and easy. I had printed out a certificate from Trucar.com (which was a great car buying website btw) simply came in a picked my colors and options. For anyone interested in buying New you cant go wrong with the combination of Trucar and Douglas Vw!!!

Absolutely, hands down the best dealer experience I have encountered in the NY/NJ area. Each and every member of the staff was so friendly and pleasant. Working with Bobby was as easy and painless – He took the time to explain the process all the way down to the fine print. I walked out of there knowing that all my concerns and worry about financing a new car had been taken care of and I was in good hands.
