My girlfriend and I bought our brand new 2013 Jetta TDI on Monday, May 6th. The whole experience was flawless. Our sales associate, Isaac Bunton, was outstanding. This past Saturday I picked up my first VW, a 2013 Touareg. My experience at Douglas couldn’t have been better. From the moment we walked onto the floor, our salesman, Duncan, made the experience great by being extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and easy to work with. When it came time to finalize the purchase, we got to meet Matt who made the finance portion of the deal pretty painless and thoroughly explained everything.

Seriously, if you have any reservations at all about the whole car buying process, go to Douglas VW. I tried to prepare myself as much as possible because I had such poor experiences elsewhere, everything I could think of. I had no idea that buying a car could be so easy until I talk with Steve. I chose Douglas mainly because of the agreessive but pleasant sales pitch from Steve about financing ability. I m so glad I did. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted. He was so professional but also down to earth. No pressure, no haggling. I was worried about the stress and the waiting around for hours and not get a car. Steve was such a great salesman he was clear.
NONE of that happened here. I will always return for future purchases they have earned my respect and my trust.
Thank you to Steve and Matt for being terrific and straight forward with the financing. I love my 2009 Chevy Impala!

No one I knew had had a positive car buying experience anywhere they could recommend. I chose Douglas even though there are three large VW dealerships closer to me. I’m so glad I did. My salesperson was Duncan and I can’t say enough about him. He listened to what I wanted. He was so professional but also down to earth. No pressure, no haggling. We came to a mutual agreement on the price that we both felt was fair. I was worried about the stress and the waiting around for hours and the ‘extras’ that would be added that we hear so much about. NONE of that happened here. I will always buy from these guys because they’ve earned my respect and my trust. Thank you to Matt Planck as well for being so terrific and straight forward with the financing. By the way, I love my 2012 Passat SE!

Douglas VW Christopher Ng is great and made my new lease for a 2012 Jetta just fabulous. I came in on Dec 21 for a test drive in a manual trans Jetta, and i was so lucky to have the new 2012 jetta the next day. The car is fabulous~ it is my 3rd Jetta in 3 leasing seasons: a 2006 from B’ville VW, a 2009 from Douglas, and this new white 2012 Jetta SE Convenience Pkg from Douglas. Matt in Finance great and made my experience perfect. Please always consider that there are other forces at work sometimes, but the day i picked and the car I wanted was there, and we were lucky, but it is MORE THAN LUCK! Highly Recommend Douglas Vw in Summit NJ….. My salesman was Bobby Mccall and he was extremely patient with me while I tried to decide between 3 different cars.
