I went there to service my 2006 Passat and walked away with a 2013 CC. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I test drove the CC a few months ago at a different dealership and ended up not liking the car, when I brought my car in for service at Douglas VW ,Bobby had a CC pulled up waiting for me, he explained every detail on the car and made me fall in love! Bobby and Rich both were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! I am a Douglas Volkswagen customer for life! Thank you once again for everything!

In the late summer/early fall of October ’09 I desperately needed & wanted to find a 2010 Vw Golf 5 speed “no frills” in “dark gray”. I live in Budd Lake. I had been in touch with every VW dealer in North Jersey & then I got the call; on a Wednsday night. They, (Douglas Motors) got one in. I think it was the 1st one in the country that fall. I test drove it Thursday morning; put a down payment on it & “drove it away” on Saturday, October 10th, 2009. I’m very grateful for all their professional & excellent help; from the initial purchase, ($400.- off list – no one else even mentioned the possibility), to the purchase of a 100K bumper to bumper warranty on the car. Everyone at the dealership is very helpful, from my personal service rep, Domonic, all the parts guys, Rich, the finance/paperwork guy & even the General Manager; with whom I’m already working on my “upgrade” when I hit 100K. Much thanks to all.
