I was greeted promptly and serviced by Issac. Issac listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle and definitely put me in the appropriate vehicle. After leaving the dealership the first time, Issac followed up with phone calls to inform me of the progress of getting my Passat. When I picked up the car, Issac again, was very thorough in walking me through the car and explaining every detail of how it operates. We set up my first maintenance appointment and I was on my way.
