Just purchased a new 2013 VW Golf-R from Jimmy. As i knew exactly what car i wanted to buy, Jimmy facilitated the entire deal over the phone as i was an out of state shopper and did not have the time to drive from Westchester on this particular day. Jimmy helped negotiate my trade-in vehicle value (sight unseen!) and the final purchase price of the new vehicle, to the financing paperwork. Jimmy’s warm and friendly personality made it easy for me to choose Douglas VW. His prompt attention on the progress of paperwork and quick follow up to any questions via email, phone and texts reflected his professionalism. There was never a doubt in my mind that i would run into any issues when i ultimately travelled to Summit, NJ for the first time to pick up my new car. On the night i was going to take delivery, everything went like clockwork – dropped off my trade-in, signed a bunch of papers and took delivery of my shiny new Golf-R! Jimmy has since followed up with me several times to ensure that i am completely satisfied with the car, something i greatly appreciate and will make me return to Douglas VW as a repeat customer when my wife is ready for a Tiguan in the fall.
