After owning over 10 VW’s in my lifetime, I took my dad their, he is (was) a dedicated Honda loyalist until he drove the new Passat. We were so lucky to have dealt with Chris NG, no pressure, no tactics, no b/s — he wanted him to be happy. We arranged for a test drive, the car was cleaned and ready to go. He even has identical cars, but one of less price, so that my dad could make a fair comparison. He allowed us to drive it, even offered a 24 hour test drive if we wanted it. Needless to say, we feel in love the with car, and although he took the lesser model, Chris was supportive and praised his decision to be budget conscious by not leasing extra items that he did not need as he was conscientious and scrupled in realizing what my father’s needs were. To me, this type of experience, I plan to share with anyone who will listen. Kudos to Dougles for employing professionals who actually care about their customers needs first, listen, and when we had a question, he called us back within minutes to make sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision.
