Excellent experience and great customer service over at Douglas. I told Irene my sales rep what I was looking for and she made it happen!!! Very honest and strait forward which is what made my experience so great. The customer service was unlike any other dealership I have dealt with and a very warm welcoming environment. Even when the deal was closed on the purchase of the vehicle I was amazed at such a low price. Great job Irene and keep up the good work. I absolutely am thrilled with the performance of 2003 passat.
