I have just returned from a service appointment on my 2000 Jetta, which I purchased from Douglas in October 1999. Since I live in Manhattan, there are certainly more convenient options for servicing my vehicle, but other than the occasional oil change, I make a point of traveling to Summit, because I know that Rick will take good care of me and my vehicle. Initially, my service representative was Frank Miller (I think that was his name). Frank did a great job, too, but I feel that Rick always goes the extra mile for his customers. I feel confident that he really knows the business, and makes sure that every aspect of the vehicle is in tip-top shape. This is particularly important now that the car is getting older (although it only has about 65,000 miles). Rick is also an all-around nice guy, and I overhear him with other customers, and he shows that same friendly, competent manner to everyone. Douglas should be proud to have Rick on its staff. He really does a great job!
